Responsibilities:

1. Carry out the field desk collection function (field work) in accordance with existing policies and SOP, with the collection code of ethics required to maintain the Company’s NPL, including visits, bills and warning letters.
2. Establish good communication with debtors to maintain positive relationships and facilitate the process of settling obligations.
3. Ensure that all legal documents for problem loans are neatly fulfilled and prepare recommendations for problem loan settlement recommendations.
4. Work proactively, independently, and initiative in finding the best solutions in the field to reduce the risk of non-performing loans.

 Requirements:

1. Maximum age of 30 years
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial industry, especially in the field of credit or automotive financing.
3. Have high integrity, be able to work together in a team and be able to work independently in the field.
4. Mastering the use of basic computers.
5. Have persuasive communication skills and high fighting power in facing challenges in the field.
