PROFILE OF SHAREHOLDERS
Johnny Wiraatmadja
With more than 40 years of experience within the Indonesian financial industry, he had started his career in 1977 and is currently the President Commissioner of Panin Bank. He is also a shareholder in China Construction Indonesia Bank (previously known as Bank Windu Kentjana Internasional).
He is currently the controlling shareholder within Proline Finance.
Winarto
He earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1987 at the University of Southern California, followed by a Bachelor's Degree in Business Finance at the California State University Los Angeles. With more than 20 years of experience in the banking industry within Indonesia, he has held positions in foreign exchange and stock trading companies.
Currently, he is a commissioner at Proline Finance.
